Disclaimer Notice: The organizers are not liable to any loss or damage, injuries or accidents during the event. All participations are liable to your own safety. The organizers would not be hold responsible to any mishaps whatsoever arising during the event.

Guidelines for Participants during the event
Environmental Friendly
1.    Do not remove / bring home any natural resources from Gurney Drive.
2.    Do not pluck or set foot on the grass carpet / plants at Gurney Drive.
3.    Do not litter.
4.    Bring your own water bottles for refilling from water dispenser allocated along Gurney Drive.

For Safety Precautions
1.    Be cautious of oil tanks if found during the clean up. Report immediately to the organizing committee for appropriate action.
2.    Avoid broken glasses or any sharp objects.
3.    Always geared with gloves for the picking up of rubbish.
4.    Do not try to open up any bottles found among the debris.
5.    Be sure that your backbones posture is right while handling heavy objects.
6.    Put a halt to the activity whenever there is a thunderstorm.
7.    Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.  

Items to Bring or to Wear
1.    Geared with sports shoes. Do not wear slippers or high heels.
2.    Wear a cap and apply UV protected lotion prior to the clean up.
3.    Bring along a rain coat if necessary.

Registration counter location: Gurney Drive roundabout opposite Gurney Hawker Centre.
Time to register: 6.30am-7.00am
·         Light breakfast will be prepared near the registration counter (first come first serve basis).
·         Breakfast will be provided after clean-up.
